- What are YOU doing for the Earth?
- I am trying to bring to everyone's attention, one person at a time, how toxic our homes really are.
When using the word home, usually it brings feelings of warmth, safety and happiness. Many people are not aware that their homes are really up to 70% more toxic than the air outside. Most household products, including cleaners, make up and personal care products and even certain flooring in our homes contain many dangerous chemicals, The most common found chemical in these products is a known human carcinogen, formaldehyde.
I am speading the word to as many families as possible, what dangers may be lurking in closets, cupboards and even the air of their homes. I am also offering inexpensive, alternative, green solutions to make it possible to live in a healthy home, free of toxins and chemicals, with clean air and water.

- I would like to use this site to both educate and offer solutions to families who are seeking to find ways to live healthier and better lives.
I also want to be able to connect with other people that are doing their part in helping the planet.

- About Me:
- Up until a couple of years ago, I lived on the east coast of Canada, in southern New Brunswick, The scenery is full of trees, lakes, rivers and a dark blue sky. I then traded this view in for big open fields, the Rockie Mountains, and a vast light blue sky in southern Alberta.
I have held many differnt jobs over the years, including being a truck driver. After meeting a wonderful lady on the internet, I gave up my lifestyle of traveling around the Western Provinces in my truck delivering roof trusses. I now work from home for Shaklee as an Independent Distributor.
Shaklee is a company that was started over 50 years ago. Their mission has alway been to create products for a healthy you, healthy home, healthy planet while leaving a zero footprint on the Earth. In 1894, Forrest Shaklee was born in Iowa. As an infant, he contracted tuberculosis. At this time, the only known cure was nutritious food, fresh air and plenty of rest. It was expected that he would die during his childhood, after much painful suffering.

One topic that is reoccurring in the news, all too often, is how our environment is changing. And I am not just talking about the weather. Our society is quickly becoming more unhealthy at an alarming rate . There are many contributing factors to this, but in this blog, I want to touch on just one, how we are unknowingly filling our homes with toxins.
