- What are YOU doing for the Earth?
- Recycling at home where I cook for 12-16 other guys 6 days a week; I am involved in several movements and promoting them on my sites as well. I also try to get others involved when I can, thus my sites. Do not frive at the moment, but will be purchasing a hydro vehicle when they come out soon from Chevrolet.
- How do you expect to use this site?
- To promote the newsletters I subscribe to, post videos on helping Earth, and trying to get others involved on the local level and carrying our causes to the government when and as we can.
- What do you expect to get out of using this site?
- The joy of helping Mother Earth, and hopefully cleaner air and water.

GreenPeace - Get Involved!!!!
Hello All,
One of the best ways for anyone to get involved is to join Greenpeace or other activist organizations. So I am signing up with GreenPeace. No, I'm not going on their payroll, working in an office, or cruising on one of their three huge sailing ships (though, I AM a sailor at heart). Sailing with GreenPeace may become an option later.

Problems with Admin
Greetings All EarthActive Members,
Over the last few days, I have had a few problems with Admin functions. Namely, trying to reach them to make adjustments to the site. Through email, I am working with Emily trying to get things ironed out, so I can improve the appearance, and maybe create a way to link many of your "earth-friendly " websites to the main page, so our other visitors can all see what WE are doing for the Earth. This past weekend, I built a sister site for EarthActive @ Http://www.FreeWebs.com/EarthActive. I will soon have a top-level domain to go to the site but first priorities first, that being to get the project started.
I am an activist on many fronts, because I care about a lot of different things. You will see these on the new site. I am adding a forum to it sometime this week, when I get more time. Will let you know here, when I do, OK?!
The bottomline is this: There are a lot of things that need to be fixed in this country and on the planet. We alone cannot do it all. We need help, and so by networking we can get the word out, advertise the forum(s) and get as many people involved as is humanly possible. You can also help by putting a badge on your site if you feel so inclined. Reciprocal linking on my other sites is always an option, so let me know.
We need to not just write our congressmen & representatives, we need to BOMBARD them with emails, letters, phone calls; and we need to do it regularly, to let them know we are NOT going to stop until they fulfill their duty and their job to update and/or change regulations. And to enact NEW regulations where there are none.
Many people are now seeing this page, so please feel free to leave your comments, suggestions, or anything else that you feel will help in getting the job done. And I know you'll do the right thing as your heart guides you.
